The artist has spent the better part of two years creating in her contemporary style, images that are as edgy and colorful as her paintings! She has utilized sites within the city, right on the streets, to compile these images into diptychs as well.

The Avinu Malkeinu is a passionate image in oranges, reds and red violets, showing the power of the words used to describe G-d....as Father and as King. Internationally recognized artist, Marlene Burns will be showing a considerable body of work at ASU Gammage from February 22-May 4, 2014.
The auditorium, on the campus of Arizona State University, a Frank LLoyd Wright building, is open on Mondays from 1-4 p.m.
Marlene's large, abstract expressionist, mixed media work will hang in the main lobby, the East mezzanine and the Scoular Gallery.
Those attending the performances of the Blue Man Group and the Tony award winning play "Once," will be able to enjoy the exhibit at the time of the scheduled performances.
